TransCentury brings a strong mix of experience in the field of project management and technical assistance; we managed over 125 projects in more than 40 developing countries, providing over USD 100 million of consulting services. An underlying foundation for TCA’s work has always been close, collaborative relationships with host country personnel and institutions based on respect and trust.
TCA’s track record includes preparing and developing proposals to qualify for donors’ funds on multimillion-dollar projects. TCA’s team has been in charge of directing and supervising several USAID/UNDP/World Bank funded projects during the preparation, implementation or evaluation stages. Services for bidders under the project management and technical assistance function span from the conceptualization stage of a proposal to successful delivery and implementation of a project. TCA’s role, depending on the type and magnitude of the project, was often a subcontractor to a prime and we know how to do this well; by contextualizing the efforts of the prime to best suit the needs of local recipients and beneficiaries.
Over the Years, TCA, has built a team of multi-disciplined professional officers who handle and manage international donors, current project as well as new business ventures. They cover project conceptualization, proposal writing, technical advisory and assistance, tenders studying and preparation, awards, project mobilization, country registration, delivery, monitoring and evaluation, logistics, freight forwarders, customs clearance, installation, maintenance and warranty on a daily basis. TCA staff is multilingual, with members fluent in Arabic, French and English. Due to the nature of USAID projects being of a quick start-up nature, TCA has a team ready to provide technical, management and administrative services when needed, with the necessary infrastructure and support services. Our vast resources avail the right size roster of professional consultants to each project to be used when their expertise is a valuable addition to the project team.
