  • Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Project in Egypt. TCA provided technical review of specifications, equipment procurement, and training services to enhance Egypt’s talent pool and competitiveness by piloting and expanding STEM education in public secondary schools in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education. TCA procured materials and equipment for eight newly established STEM high schools, including training on how to use and maintain laboratory equipment and materials. Advanced equipment and materials for Fabrication Laboratories (Fab Labs) and seven science laboratories at each school.
  • Library Books and Furniture in Support of the Egypt National Book School Library Enrichment Program in Egypt. For this three-phased project, TCA partnered with AED to review book content and manage logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and delivery of more than 80,000 books for 20,000 schools in all of Egypt’s 27 governorates on behalf of Al-Shorouk Publishing House; to supply furniture and approximately 13,600 books to 9,959 schools in 25 governorates in Egypt on behalf of Nahdet Misr Publishing House; and to supply furniture and more than 7,800 books to 5,084 schools in eight governorates in Egypt on behalf of Nahdet Misr Publishing House.
  • USAID Egypt – Suez Canal University – Faculty of Medicine TCA assisted in the project’s needs assessment, specs development, tender development, procurement, selection, award, shipping, customs clearance, shipping and installation.
  • USAID Pakistan – ED Links in Pakistan – Links to Learning – American Institute for Research (AIR) – Procurement Management Services including logistics, warehousing and inventory control.
  • USAID Egypt – University Linkages Project (ULP II) – Mendez England & Associates – TSA acted as a procurement services agent for all commodities required to perform collaborative applied research work between 60 Egyptian university professors and US university counterparts.
  • USAID Egypt – University Linkages Project – ULP II labor contracts – TCA worked with Mendez England and Associates on the developing the work plans of the individual researchers and the financial system of the project. TCA helped in the recruitment process of the projects key personnel and managed them as its own employees on loan to the project during their employment.
  • TCA conducted for the International Youth Foundation a market assessment for the Egypt Education and Employment Alliance Project.  The study aimed to identify gaps between education and employment opportunities in Egypt
