- US Department of Defense – Lockheed Martin Corporation – TCA was contracted by the Generators Refurbishing Project. TCA refurbished generators for Lockheed Martin and handled their distribution throughout Egypt.
- USAID Egypt – Siemens – TCA was responsible for property management, customs clearing, transportation scheduling, and distribution of equipment to the Cairo and Alexandria Electricity Authorities’ warehouses and installation sites.
- USAID Egypt – Egypt Media Development Project – Management Systems International (MSI) – Procurement Management Services.
- USAID Egypt – National Law Commission Project (NLC) – TCA provided procurement agency services for vehicles and IT equipment.
- European Commission/SAAP/PAO/Egypt – Ministry of International Cooperation (MIC) – Procurement Consultancy for furniture, management of tender document development, specifications review, analysis and award of furniture procurement.
- Consultancy contract for an international freight forwarder in Libya to establish office, market and hire staff.
- A study on the Jordan market for an Egyptian industrial client in the field of manufacturing, investment and logistics/transportation.
- Performing an internal audit on the accounting books and procedures CID Consulting USA to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations with recommendations on what to do in order to be ‘audit ready’.
- NCNW – National Council of Negro Women a USAID Egypt project in which TCA was the financial advisor performing an internal audit for the project.
- US Department of Defense – Lockheed Martin Marietta Corp. TCA was subcontracted for the technical and administrative human resource management needed for the refurbishment of radar systems, tower building, S03 radars and M34 radars in Egypt (4 contracts).
- USAID Egypt has contracted TCA to identify human resources to meet immediate and medium term needs of its mission in Egypt.

- The financial restructuring of a company in the field of refrigerated transportation in Egypt and the conclusion of settlement agreements with banks and key suppliers.
- The financial restructuring of a several touristic projects in Egypt and the conclusion of settlement agreements with banks. Additionally, a review of the companies’ internal accounting and control systems was concluded and new systems were put in place to ensure well informed decision making.
