- USAID Egypt – Business Information Highway Project – American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt – TCA acted as the Procurement Services Agent (PSA) responsible for the procurement of the IT equipment and the required software needed for the establishment of an e-commerce center to serve the business community.
- USAID Egypt – The Industrial Development Bank – TCA assisted in the project’s needs assessment, specs development, tender development, procurement, selection, award, shipping, customs clearance and installation.
- Finance & Banking Consultants International (FINBI) – Credit Guarantee Company (CGC) – Egypt – TCA, subcontracted by CGC, a privately owned company, procured all needed integrated systems and related services for their program in Egypt.
- USAID Egypt – Credit Guarantee Company for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises – Procurement of IT equipment, software, printers and related services.
- USAID Egypt – The National Council for Women – Women Business Development Center (WBDC) – TSA provided Procurement Services.
- Since 2001 TCA is the trade advisor of Enterprise Ireland in Egypt and Libya. TCA has handled several Irish trade missions to Egypt: TCA coordinated the Irish delegation’s effort to guarantee a successful matchmaking exercise and the conclusion of fruitful partnerships. TCA organized a trade mission to Libya in 2010; TCA efforts aimed to guarantee successful matchmaking.
- TCA conducted a market study for the School of Continuing Education (SCE) at the American University in Cairo (AUC) – Egypt to assess the feasibility of expanding into Alexandria. The study included quantitative surveys, location search and the development of an appropriate marketing mix in addition to a five-year business and financial plan.
- TCA prepared a study for the American University in Cairo (AUC) – Egypt to determine the optimal utilization scenarios of the AUC Science Building coupled with a detailed business plan.
- TCA conducted various market studies for the US Embassy Commercial Section to advise clients on the market appetite in Egypt for various products.
- Swaziland National Manpower Training Program training Swazi government employees, Swazi training institutions, private sector businesses, traditional leaders and U.S. and Third Country training for individuals in finance, business and management, science, education, agriculture, health and engineering
- USAID Washington Cross Sectoral Urban Training for USAID Staff SUM II IQC Task order Mendez England TCA provided training for and Speaker Series on Making Cities Work. TCA designed technical training on municipal finance and support in delivering collaborative and cross sectoral training. TCA was a subcontractor to Mendez England.
- Training Needs Assessments of Egypt private and public companies to be privatized. This study covered Cairo and Alexandria and was funded by USAID.
